YogaPLAY for Tots (3-5 yrs)
These musical movement and yoga classes come alive with imagination and play, games and songs. We introduce breath work using colourful props, and explore mindfulness through calming crafts, uplifting stories and mini yoga resting.

Fall Classes: Sept to Oct 2024
Time Slot: Saturdays - 10:00AM to 10:45AM
Program Dates: September 14, September 21, September 28 and October 5
