At the Harmony Kids Foundation, we are dedicated to empowering children of all ages with the tools they need for lifelong well-being. Our focus is on providing yoga and mindfulness classes that help kids develop essential self-regulation skills, fostering resilience and promoting overall wellness.
Our Mission
Our mission is to support children and youth who face physical, mental, emotional, or social barriers to wellness by introducing them to the transformative practices of yoga and mindfulness. We believe that every child, regardless of any challenges, deserves the opportunity to learn the skills to cultivate a healthy, balanced life.
What We Offer
Our programs are designed to meet the unique needs of each
child, helping them build a solid foundation for self-regulation and resilience. We offer:
Yoga Classes: Our sessions are tailored to accommodate children of all
ages and abilities. Through engaging and adaptive poses, children develop strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning how to stay
grounded and focused.
Mindfulness Classes: These classes teach children practical mindfulness techniques to manage stress, improve concentration, and enhance emotional regulation. We use creative activities and age-appropriate practices to make mindfulness accessible and enjoyable.
